Tasting notes: Aromas of new oak and well-balanced tannins, quite similar to tasting a 'grand cru' wine with the originality of tiny bubbles. Very elegant.
Recommended serving temperature: 7°- 8°C
Food pairing: The strong flavour of this wine makes it pair best with fish or white meat dishes with full-flavoured sauces or seasoning. |
